1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. As you use the platform, we store beekeeping data you enter — including hive records, inspection logs, mite counts, harvest records, and other apiary information. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide you with the api-log.net service — storing and syncing your beekeeping records across your devices. We may use aggregated, anonymized data (with no personally identifiable information) to improve the platform and publish general statistics about beekeeping trends.
3. Firebase & Data Storage
api-log.net uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, which are governed by Google's privacy policies and security standards. We do not have access to your Firebase authentication credentials (passwords are never stored by us).
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting us at support.api.log.net@gmail.com.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly through the app or website. For other data requests, contact support.api.log.net@gmail.com.
